What you will do
- Design, build, and automate Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Embed security controls by design to meet Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) requirements.
- Monitor and improve platform reliability, performance, and security posture for live network environments.
- Participate in an on-call rota to support critical security services in 24/7 operation.
- Manage security risks through threat modeling, resilience testing, and technical assessments.
- Produce technical documentation and compliance evidence to support audit activities.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hands-on engineering experience in securing critical business environments.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux platforms, directory services, and networking.
- Understanding of identity, authentication, and privileged access concepts.
- Experience in technical design, building, and operating secure access services.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and troubleshoot complex issues on live systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with PowerShell and Ansible.
- Knowledge of PKI, ZTNA, Proxy servers, or Firewalls.
- Background in working within regulated environments.
