Salary: €70,000 - €85,000 a year

What you will do

• Define a risk-driven security roadmap for hirify.global's product and infrastructure.
• Serve as a security advisor, proactively identifying and assessing project-related risks.
• Participate in security assurance activities, such as coordinating third-party audits and managing red team exercises.
• Drive the end-to-end vulnerability remediation process.
• Continuously improve security monitoring and incident detection capabilities.
• Contribute to security investigations related to incident response and fraud.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience on security topics as a Security Engineer or Security consultant.
• Strong technical expertise in security and broad background in tech (development, databases, networking, web, etc).
• Great team spirit with a problem-solving, can-do attitude.
• Good dose of humility and the willingness to grow and help your team grow.
• Speak English fluently.
