What you will do

• Define technical strategy and operations for Privilege Access Workstations (PAW), PAM, and IAM platforms.
• Translate security requirements into implemented, auditable technical controls.
• Lead threat modeling, resilience testing, and security assessments to guide platform design.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and operational security of identity platforms.
• Manage incident response and recovery procedures for security services.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and accountability for a team of security engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading the design and operation of PAW, PAM, or IAM platforms in live environments.
• Deep understanding of identity, authentication, authorization, and privileged access technologies.
• Proven ability to manage security risk pragmatically and embed security by design.
• Hands-on background with Windows, Linux, identity services, networking, and secure access.
• Experience operating 24/7 production environments and leading incident recovery.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills for technical risk management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PKI, Firewalls, VPN, ZTNA, or Proxy servers.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Ansible automation.
• Experience working in a regulated environment or managing audits.
