What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for internal projects and external customer needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external customer purchasing inquiries.
• Review supplier quotes, pricing models, and customer-facing proposals.
• Oversee the receipting process and ensure alignment with internal financial controls.
• Maintain and nurture strong, efficient relationships with key suppliers.

Requirements

• Must possess or be eligible for DV Security Clearance (10+ years UK residency required).
• Professional background in purchasing, commercial support, or supply chain operations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data and financial awareness.
• Proficiency with purchasing systems like SAP or Ariba and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-security or critical infrastructure environments.
