What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory strategies for a portfolio of existing major customers.
- Leverage and forge relationships with CXO-level executives to act as a trusted advisor.
- Create and maintain specific account plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Negotiate and close complex, global deals while navigating procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, product, and marketing to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, specifically expanding existing accounts in software/SaaS.
- Proven track record of selling innovative technologies like AI, Big Data, or Cloud to C-Suite and Senior IT executives.
- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
- Strong strategic account approach with expertise in pipeline management and nurturing high-potential leads.
- Ability to thrive in a growth-stage company and demonstrate resilience in fast-paced environments.
