What you will do

• Define and own the testing strategy, including tooling, coverage, and environment management.
• Establish QA standards, best practices, and quality metrics to track performance.
• Design, build, and evolve automation frameworks to support large-scale programs.
• Mentor and upskill QA engineers in modern test automation practices.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for new and existing features.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive quality improvement throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation.
• Strong coding skills in Python (5+ years).
• Experience with Playwright (3+ years).
• Solid experience with API and integration testing.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and modern SDLC processes.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication with US-based team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or high-compliance environments.
• Background in influencing quality practices at the organizational or portfolio level.
• Prior experience as a QA Lead or Test Architect.
