What you will do

• Define test strategies, specifications, and plans for complex cloud-based services.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot automated test frameworks for UI, CLI, and API testing.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to ensure full-system test coverage before product release.
• Analyze, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead quality engineering discussions and mentor other QA engineers.
• Promote testing best practices and quality principles across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience testing complex enterprise software in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of QA processes, standards, and automation tools.
• Proven ability to automate UI and API testing for web-based enterprise applications.
• Practical knowledge of at least one or two open-source automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative communication skills and experience working in team-based environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Selenium or Protractor.
• Scripting experience using Python, Perl, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Scale Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Azure DevOps and Git proficiency.
