Fullstack QA Engineer (Python, Crypto)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, excluding Russia and Belarus; schedule aligned with GMT+3

What you will do

• Perform manual and automated end-to-end testing of microservices, APIs, databases, and message brokers.
• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automated tests using Pytest and HTTPX/Requests.
• Review requirements, technical specifications, test plans, and test cases for new features.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and configure Docker-based test environments and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers on feature validation, bug fixes, and regression testing.
• Mentor QA Engineers and optimize testing processes, including the use of AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, including hands-on Python test automation and manual backend testing.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Pytest, Locust, HTTPX/Requests, Allure, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kafka, Shell, Grafana, ArgoCD, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience testing microservices architecture, service-to-service communication, data flows, fault tolerance, and HTTP/WS APIs.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, logs, monitoring systems, containerization, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Proficiency with LLMs for test documentation and testing-process optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools in daily work.
• Experience with fintech or cryptocurrency products and high-security transaction requirements.
• Experience in load testing.
