What you will do
- Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional sales team including AEs, BDRs, and Solution Engineers.
- Define and execute a local go-to-market strategy aligned with regional business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with VP, EVP, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Mentor and develop the team through continuous coaching, recruitment, and training.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase the visibility of retail media solutions in the eCommerce sector.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software sales experience, with a focus on the retail media industry.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience managing a sales team of 10+ people.
- Proven track record of driving regional SaaS growth through new client acquisition and strategic upselling.
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory.
- Experience establishing relationships at the VP, EVP, and C-suite levels.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in French.
