Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional sales team including AEs, BDRs, and Solution Engineers.
  • Define and execute a local go-to-market strategy aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with VP, EVP, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Mentor and develop the team through continuous coaching, recruitment, and training.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to increase the visibility of retail media solutions in the eCommerce sector.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software sales experience, with a focus on the retail media industry.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience managing a sales team of 10+ people.
  • Proven track record of driving regional SaaS growth through new client acquisition and strategic upselling.
  • Fluent in English and German is mandatory.
  • Experience establishing relationships at the VP, EVP, and C-suite levels.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in French.
