What you will do

• Identify and recruit new strategic sellers to meet ambitious marketplace objectives.
• Support the onboarding of high-potential sellers and develop growth strategies for them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new marketplace rollouts.
• Define and optimize operational processes for new markets.
• Drive process scalability through the use of AI and automation tools.
• Act as a role model by promoting company values and purpose.

Requirements

• Advanced level of German and English required.
• Degree in a business-related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in seller, vendor, or category management within e-commerce or retail.
• Experience in managing business partners and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mirakl software.
• Industry experience in FMCG or pet retail.
