What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Windows application with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Profile and optimize the app for speed and efficient memory usage.
• Develop solutions suitable for managed and restricted enterprise environments using MDM tools.
• Integrate the Windows application with backend APIs.
• Collaborate on app architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD release processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# with experience in Windows app frameworks such as Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI.
• Proven ability in profiling, debugging, and performance optimization for desktop applications.
• Experience working with enterprise-managed or MDM-deployed environments.
• Understanding of API integration and full-stack communication.
• Location: Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform or Electron-based development.
• Familiarity with Django or backend API design.
• Knowledge of security compliance and enterprise privacy standards.
