Senior .NET Developer (WPF/MAUI)

TL;DR

Senior .NET Developer (WPF/MAUI): Designing, developing, and maintaining .NET WPF/MAUI applications and web services with an accent on enterprise architecture and performance optimization. Focus on implementing best practices, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines within an Agile team environment.

Location: Must be based in Portugal and hold a valid Portuguese work permit. Hybrid model: 2 days per month in office in Porto.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET WPF/MAUI applications and web services.
• Participate in technical reviews and contribute to architecture improvements.
• Research and evaluate new software technologies and products.
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with software development standards.
• Collaborate with peer developers and Product Managers in an Agile team.
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal with a valid work permit.
• 7+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET WPF, .NET MAUI, WCF, and Web API.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with TDD, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD.
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Angular 12+.
• Knowledge of software security development principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server performance tuning.
