What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain LLM-based applications and agentic systems to solve core business problems.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval, document processing, and multilingual content.
• Build and deploy AI agents for autonomous task execution and multi-step reasoning.
• Integrate LLM capabilities via APIs and MCP with existing payment platform data.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark models based on cost, latency, and accuracy.
• Maintain and extend AI platform infrastructure using tools like AWS Bedrock and vector databases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year focused on LLM applications.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and RAG system implementation.
• Strong Python skills, including async programming and API development.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3).
• Familiarity with agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation methodologies.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Background in fintech, payments, or e-commerce domains.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with model fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT) and AI compliance/security.
