Project Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Lead strategic ERP implementation projects centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise transformation across Finance and HR/People systems.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and benefits realization plans.
• Establish governance forums including steering committees and cross-functional working groups.
• Oversee project lifecycle from planning and budgeting through to data migration, testing, and transition to BAU.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale ERP transformation and business change programs.
• Strong hands-on management experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Demonstrable skill in managing budgets, business cases, risks, and vendor contracts.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary business and IT teams.
• Impeccable communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work onsite in Glasgow 3 days per week.
