What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects.
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor project metrics, budgets, and timelines using hirify.global’s PSA tool.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Review and approve timesheets and client invoices for projects.
• Apply hirify.global Implementation Methodology and project management best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• 5–8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations or fintech.
• PMP, Prince2, or other project management certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with excellent time management.
• Up to 10% travel required.
