What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, and coach the Swedish B2B sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Take full ownership of Swedish B2B revenue, including budget planning and setting ambitious growth targets.
  • Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to expand market footprint.
  • Represent the Swedish market in international business collaboration to influence global product direction.
  • Oversee operational excellence through effective CRM utilization and structured sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding business goals.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
  • Extensive experience in people-first management and coaching diverse teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in international team environments.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS or Inside Sales environments.
