What you will do

  • Drive rapid business growth and scale operations across the Nordics market.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and the Value Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles while utilizing tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Define and implement sales strategies from the ground up, moving beyond rigid playbooks.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Language: Native proficiency in a Nordic language and professional proficiency in English required.
  • Location: Preferably based in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise SaaS or technology sales.
  • Track record of success in outbound prospecting and community-driven lead generation.
  • Strong experience in managing customer relationships and working within a partner/VAR ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate CRM and sales prospecting software like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
