What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Nordics region to drive rapid business growth.
  • Identify and engage new enterprise prospects through community-driven outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with the VAR ecosystem to expand market reach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales approaches and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance data using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements

  • Must be a native Nordics speaker and proficient in English.
  • Must be based in or willing to work from Stockholm, Sweden.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and managing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
