What you will do
- Manage, coach, and scale a global team of BDRs focused on outbound lead generation.
- Develop and refine the outbound prospecting “Gold Standard,” including email sequences and call scripts.
- Monitor team KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics using Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage C-level stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment on territory planning and go-to-market messaging.
- Support the rapid hiring and onboarding of new BDRs as the team expands globally.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or leadership within a SaaS or cloud environment.
- Proven success building and scaling an outbound sales motion from the ground up.
- Expertise in persona-based messaging, objection handling frameworks, and multi-threading.
- Operational proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and GTM productivity tools.
- Experience coaching and managing teams across different time zones.
- Strong analytical mindset for translating data insights into actionable sales strategies.
