What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end campaign development from planning and creative execution to reporting.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and regional teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure high quality across all customer communications by reviewing copy, links, and design assets.
  • Maintain brand standards through effective management of the creative review process.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, specifically CRM, loyalty, or product marketing.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience managing CRM campaigns in global or multi-market environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Braze.
  • Skilled in data analysis and presentation using PowerPoint and Excel.
