What you will do

• Help Omnisend clients solve their questions and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
• Communicate with e-commerce businesses interested in Omnisend marketing automation
• Analyze email marketing and e-commerce data to understand campaign performance
• Support clients migrating their email marketing activities to Omnisend
• Contribute to Client Experience initiatives such as process improvements and educational content creation

Requirements

• Availability for a full-time 3-month internship
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
• Curiosity and motivation to learn quickly in a fast-moving digital environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
