What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Design and optimize complex campaign structures across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Conduct deep performance analysis using tools like Tableau and platform reporting to drive tactical decisions.
- Partner with creative teams to improve ad copy, visual assets, and conversion rates.
- Run high-impact experiments to identify and fix funnel leakages.
- Collaborate with leadership on budget planning, goal setting, and acquisition strategy refinement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in user acquisition for subscription-based web products.
- Proven track record of managing and profitably scaling 7-figure monthly advertising budgets.
- Advanced analytical skills in attribution, campaign analysis, and optimization.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a high-growth environment.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple parallel campaigns.
- Location: Must be based within ±4 hours of CET.
