What you will do

  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute business objectives and develop tailored action plans.
  • Manage relationships with smaller customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Oversee and optimize invoicing and billing workflows for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to assist in forecasting and demand planning.
  • Act as a liaison between key clients and internal departments to ensure seamless resource coordination.
  • Prepare data-driven business cases to support new sales initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze complex business relationships and dependencies.
  • Proactive mentality with a focus on ownership and execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in creating data-driven reports and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for various stakeholder levels.
  • High attention to detail regarding billing documentation and account management.
