What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities and win new clients for the hirify.global Data Intelligence Platform.
• Assess accounts and develop strategies to engage buying centers and stakeholders.
• Use a solution-based approach to selling and demonstrate value to potential clients.
• Manage both quick, small wins and longer, complex sales cycles.
• Track customer details and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Orchestrate internal teams to maximize impact on the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Track record of achieving and over-achieving against quota.
• Experience selling complex software (ideally with a focus on data & AI) to new enterprise clients in Germany.
• A passion for winning new clients.
• Strong tenure in previous roles.
• Experience working with sales methodologies and process.
• Fluent German and business English required.
