What you will do

  • Deliver and deploy healthcare products to customers.
  • Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues across infrastructure and application layers.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Monitor and log system health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Document complex solutions and present technical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Competence in scripting languages including Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems with an end-to-end approach.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong customer focus.

  • Proven experience working directly with customers.
