Senior Platform Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Develop and operate a Kubernetes-based multi-cluster internal developer platform supporting mission-critical microservices.
• Treat the platform as a product by gathering feedback, identifying friction, and improving workflows and interfaces.
• Design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure using an everything-as-code approach.
• Write production-quality Bash, YAML, Bicep, and GitHub Actions code.
• Drive complex features and refactoring across provisioning, deployments, observability, and cluster lifecycle management.
• Partner with product teams to deliver a secure, automated, and self-service developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, or application engineering.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
• Experience with public cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with modern infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling.
• Experience improving developer workflows, self-service capabilities, or internal platforms.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including TLS, DNS, HTTP, gRPC, and proxies, plus modern observability practices covering metrics, logs, tracing, profiling, and instrumentation.
