What you will do

  • Conduct sanity checks on project briefs and deliverables.
  • Coordinate information gathering across internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and tracking systems.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or risks.
  • Create and distribute regular status updates to project teams.
  • Support budget tracking and expense documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional project coordination experience.
  • Basic understanding of digital product development processes.
  • Proven track record of managing complex project requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced user of collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
  • Strong digital documentation and reporting capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
