What you will do
- Lead the formulation and implementation of data-driven CRM strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Design and maintain Integrated Customer Journey Management (ICJM) blueprints.
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure strategic requirements are feasible within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide strategic advisory and thought leadership to senior client stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in CRM strategy or customer experience (CX) management.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder and Email Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and simplifying technical concepts.
- Experience in agile or sprint-based working environments.
- Ability to manage annual CRM budgets and prioritize initiatives based on performance metrics.
Nice to have
- Background in high-consideration industries such as Automotive, Finance, or Luxury.
- Familiarity with other marketing platforms like Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Hubspot.
- Agency experience or project management background.
