What you will do
- Own and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns including email, push notifications, and in-app banners to drive user activation.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing on messaging and payouts using SQL and BI tools to refine conversion strategies.
- Design and manage growth projects such as voucher programs and task-based incentives to move users through lifecycle stages.
- Analyze post-campaign performance against KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor user behavior and deliverability metrics to identify friction points and implement quick, logical solutions.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure marketing processes are streamlined across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Optimove.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to perform advanced spreadsheet modeling for data-driven decisions.
- English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration.
