What you will do
- Manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) to drive user activation and retention.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on messaging and incentives using SQL and BI tools.
- Analyze campaign performance against KPIs to derive actionable insights for growth.
- Design and execute growth projects, including loyalty schemes and voucher programs.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to standardize and streamline marketing processes.
- Monitor user behavior data to identify and resolve friction points in the conversion funnel.
Requirements
- English: Fluent written and verbal communication required.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Operations.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Optimove) and analytics tools (Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude).
- Strong analytical mindset capable of performing ROI analysis and simplifying complex data.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
