About the Role
You'll drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social platforms. You'll create performance-driven social content, monitor industry trends, track user feedback, and run reward-based and partner co-marketing campaigns. You'll recruit and manage influencers, moderate community discourse, foster a positive online environment, and handle community support inquiries promptly.
Requirements
- Three (3+) years of growth marketing experience with a Web3 or blockchain company
- Hands-on experience designing persuasive, conversion-oriented multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven track record scaling user growth on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
- Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes within 24 hours
- Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills across global teams and time zones
- Startup environment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms
- Monitor social media for industry trends and developments
- Track user interests and feedback and generate demand
- Produce highly engaging performance-driven social media content
- Recruit and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers
- Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns including reward-based and partner co-marketing
- Foster an engaging and positive online community environment
- Moderate community discourse and ensure smooth daily interactions
- Provide customer support and handle community queries and issues
