Salary: $174,200 - $261,200

What you will do

• Design and maintain critical authentication systems including SAML, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, and MFA flows.
• Manage user session propagation and JWT validation across a complex architecture of Python, Node.js, and Go services.
• Build enterprise-level authentication governance APIs, including SSO enforcement and credential lifecycle controls.
• Develop and maintain shared platform libraries consumed by dozens of internal engineering teams.
• Ensure high reliability, low latency, and comprehensive audit logging for all authentication services.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to authentication-related incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas (North, Central, or South America).
• Extensive hands-on experience building identity systems for enterprise SaaS at scale using SAML, SCIM, or OAuth/OIDC.
• Proficiency in fullstack development with Python, Node.js, and React.
• Deep understanding of security protocols, session management, and token handling in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience working with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work autonomously in an async-first culture, using prototypes to drive alignment and ship production code quickly.
