What you will do

• Build and maintain core features across the full stack using Next.js and Django.
• Design and implement complex analytics dashboards and real-time reporting systems.
• Own the design, optimization, and integration of internal and external APIs.
• Ensure database reliability and performance through schema design and query optimization.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver scalable features from concept to production.
• Establish development standards and architectural patterns for a growing engineering team.

Requirements
