What you will do

• Design and build scalable full-stack services using Python, Ruby on Rails, and React.
• Develop AI-powered features to improve member discovery and care engagement.
• Lead technical initiatives and architectural discussions for complex subsystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship reliable and intuitive user experiences.
• Advocate for high engineering standards, including documentation, observability, and test coverage.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby on Rails, or React.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex technical projects.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable system architectures.
• Must be able to work in the NYC office 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or other AI/ML tools.
• Background working in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog or Sentry.
