TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Onboarding and supporting new members in their financial literacy journey with an accent on building rapport and driving member engagement. Focus on high-volume communication, tracking student progress, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure member success from the office in Tempe, Arizona.

Location: Must be based in the Greater Phoenix area

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new members during their first 6 weeks.
  • Manage 100–200 daily interactions via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Motivate members and track their progress toward personal goals.
  • Collaborate with Content, Sales, and Coaching teams to enhance the member experience.
  • Support the sales process when required to help prospective students enroll.
  • Work from the HQ office on a full-time basis.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Greater Phoenix area
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or a people-focused role.
  • Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities for a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, evolving company culture.

Nice to have

  • Experience in online education or sales.
  • Bachelors degree.
