Location: Must be based in Canada (Kitchener or Toronto proximity for hybrid options)

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 CAD

What you will do

• Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform and associated learning ecosystems.
• Support the sales process by conducting needs analysis and proposing tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive product demonstrations to a diverse range of stakeholders, from instructors to executives.
• Partner with the sales team to create value-oriented presentations and competitive proposals.
• Provide critical feedback to product management based on client trends and specific use cases.
• Manage technical documentation and engage internal SMEs to advance sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3+ years of experience as an administrator or instructor using Brightspace or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong comfort with learning technology ecosystems and LMS integrations.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technology to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong writing and comprehension skills.
• Professional experience working in remote or distributed environments.
• Availability to travel (25–50%) and flexibility to work across North American time zones (PST to EST).
