What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using creative techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter and Y-combinator networking.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on offer details and closing candidates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting within a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Proven track record of filling technical and non-technical roles across departments.
• Experience with sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools; Lever experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the technology and AI space is highly desirable.
