Requirements

• Location: Must be authorized to work full-time in Las Vegas, NV, USA without visa sponsorship
• 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 5+ years in people leadership roles.
• Proven experience in regional talent acquisition strategy and executive search.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and use data-driven recruiting methods.
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday, and advanced sourcing technologies.
