Senior Clinical Research Analyst (Medtech)

Location: Remote (San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C.) or Hybrid (New York Metropolitan area, NY). Must have active work authorization in the US.

Salary: $102,000 - $120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design retrospective and prospective projects to evaluate Maven’s impact on health outcomes.
• Quantitatively analyze data using statistical analysis software (R preferred) to assess Maven’s influence on health outcomes.
• Extract insights on clinical and operational outcomes using Looker and SQL.
• Communicate results from research projects to the scientific community, clients, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Product team on analyses and literature reviews to inform clinical strategy and product design.
• Work closely with Maven’s Directors, Clinical Research on research analyses and publications.

Requirements

• Minimum of a master’s degree and 3 years work experience or a PhD in a healthcare or related field.
• Coding experience, preferably in SQL and R, and a passion for dissecting complex issues with a data-driven approach.
• Statistical experience with adjusted regressions and structural equation modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and prioritization in juggling long-term projects and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion to drive better maternal and family health outcomes.
• Active work authorization in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization software (Looker a plus).
• Background in a healthcare-related field.
• Experience in creating slides in a business environment.
• Comfortable using AI.
