What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines for diverse CX data sources including API integrations.
• Lead data engineering workstreams by setting priorities and architecture for CX-specific data.
• Establish reliable sources of truth by reconciling messy and conflicting data sources.
• Create data models to support forecasting, capacity planning, and agent performance tracking.
• Develop automated dashboards for daily operations and executive-level readouts.
• Partner with CX leadership to define operational metrics and actionable strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Governance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis.
• Proven experience reconciling messy and undocumented datasets to build metric definitions.
• Clear and direct communication style for explaining complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects independently.
