Salary: $130,000-$200,000

What you will do

• Define core operational metrics to measure delivery performance, quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design and build dashboards that communicate operational performance and enable fast decision-making.
• Build and maintain delivery capacity models that forecast project demand and internal staffing needs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and surface constraints.
• Translate ambiguous operational questions into structured analyses and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, or data science roles.
• Strong experience building operational analytics systems.
• Proven ability to design business metrics and analytics frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics tooling, with experience building dashboards in BI platforms.
• Experience partnering closely with data teams and operational leaders.
