What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy high-quality product features at high velocity.
• Drive improvements in engineering tools, processes, and systems to scale the codebase.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams within an experimentation-driven culture.
• Take full ownership of major codebase segments and lead project execution.
• Write high-performance, clean, and fully tested code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with user-facing products.
• 4+ years of experience with the primary tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience in mobile engineering using React Native.
• Resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Strong product and design mindset with the desire to build end-to-end features.
• Must be based in the US to fulfill the location requirements.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Experience mentoring or interviewing to support engineering team growth.
