What you will do

• Build green-field user-facing features and improve existing codebase scalability.
• Develop and extend the automation framework to increase auditability for customers.
• Create, document, and augment a set of reusable components in the style guide.
• Audit and improve the usability and accessibility of existing features.
• Take ownership of the product and codebase to identify and implement high-value improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in server-side systems and patterns (ORMs, job systems, MVC, REST APIs).
• Strong experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write semantic HTML and clean, maintainable CSS (or SCSS/Less).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with designers and customer-facing teams.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with Node, TypeScript, React, Redux, and Postgres.
