What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the stack, including the React Native mobile app and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to deliver technical solutions for real business problems.
• Write clean, documented code and actively contribute to architectural design discussions.
• Own the testing lifecycle by writing unit tests with Jest and end-to-end tests with Cypress.
• Mentor early-career engineers and ensure code quality through peer reviews.
• Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD workflows and maintain system reliability.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience with strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
• Proficiency with Node, Express, React, AWS, and relational databases.
• Ability to write complex and efficient SQL queries.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native, Redux, and Next.js.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
