What you will do

• Translate business problems into measurable analytics, metrics, and visualizations
• Lead analytical projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality of analysis and reports
• Extract and transform data using advanced SQL ensuring data integrity
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time product usage insights
• Collaborate with engineers to validate data pipelines and improve data quality
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions

Requirements

• Location: United States
• Masters degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years data analyst experience with 2+ years in SaaS product analytics
• Expertise in advanced SQL and Tableau required; Python is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of SaaS product data sources and financial metrics
• Minimal travel (approx. 10% annually)
