What you will do
- Deploy standardized dashboards and analytics models to support factory performance.
- Translate ambiguous business inquiries into structured, data-backed recommendations.
- Perform predictive, descriptive, and diagnostic analysis to uncover operational trends.
- Partner with IT and functional business teams to ensure high data quality and availability.
- Lead the development of weekly and monthly operational review materials.
- Establish methods to monitor dashboard usage and ensure analytics drive measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with data management or planning systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as indicated by standard benefits package (401k/US health insurance).
