What you will do

• Deploy standardized dashboards and analytics models to support factory performance.
• Translate ambiguous business inquiries into structured, data-backed recommendations.
• Perform predictive, descriptive, and diagnostic analysis to uncover operational trends.
• Partner with IT and functional business teams to ensure high data quality and availability.
• Lead the development of weekly and monthly operational review materials.
• Establish methods to monitor dashboard usage and ensure analytics drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working with data management or planning systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as indicated by standard benefits package (401k/US health insurance).
