What you will do
- Own recurring performance reporting and analysis for global marketing programs and GTM initiatives.
- Monitor performance against defined KPIs, escalating risks or variances to stakeholders.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting to support leadership reviews and QBRs.
- Partner with campaign owners to interpret results and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Surface performance trends, anomalies, and gaps while recommending corrective actions.
- Support the effective use of marketing analytics applications and dashboards across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance reporting, or business intelligence.
- Experience analyzing marketing program performance and pipeline impact within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools for interpreting marketing performance data.
- Strong communication skills to present analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring reporting cadences and ad hoc requests.
