What you will do
- Design and implement intelligent HR workflows and virtual agents using Moveworks, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, and Workday Extend.
- Develop and optimize conversational AI experiences and LLMs for HR use cases like policy Q&A and onboarding support.
- Integrate agentic platforms with core HRIS systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Analyze resolution rates and feedback to continuously improve automation logic and user experience.
- Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to enhance model performance and contextual relevance.
- Collaborate with HR product owners, architects, and IT teams in an agile delivery environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI solution development, automation engineering, or platform configuration.
- Proven technical skills in Agentic Platforms, LLMs/NLP, and RPA tools like UiPath.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization for the duration of employment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Studio or ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Exposure to enterprise-grade LLMs and vector databases.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy, and security standards.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as case management and employee support.
