What you will do

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field with a focus on LLMs/Agentic Systems.
• 2+ years of experience building high-impact ML solutions in NLP or agent-based systems.
• Expertise in developing and working with LLM reasoning models for multi-step tasks.
• Strong background in experimental design, benchmark creation, and principled quality evaluation.
• Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier AI/ML venues.
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
