Salary: $144,500 – $258,300 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement task-focused AI agents to assist professionals with document understanding and data extraction.
• Lead technical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring AI features are scalable, secure, and user-focused.
• Collaborate within cross-functional Agile/XP teams using pair programming and weekly sprints.
• Develop and iterate on AI workflows using Python, LangChain, and modern AI frameworks.
• Drive cross-portfolio innovation by building AI solutions applicable across multiple product lines.
• Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and promote AI adoption.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience building software applications with Python, Java, or C++.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, AI systems, or NLP.
• 6+ years of technical leadership in complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Must have full-stack development capabilities and experience with Agile/XP methodologies (TDD/BDD, pair programming).
• Must be based in or able to commute to one of the specified US locations (Coppell, TX; Riverwoods, IL; Kennesaw, GA; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX).
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases).

• Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification.
