Salary: $116,400–$204,100 USD (plus bonus).

What you will do

• Design and implement task-focused AI agents for professional audit workflows.
• Develop intelligent document understanding and structured-data extraction systems.
• Lead production-grade AI services from inception to delivery using modern frameworks.
• Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and researchers in a fast-paced, collaborative model.
• Practice TDD/BDD and pair programming with daily rotation to maintain high team cohesion.
• Scale AI capabilities across the product portfolio to support multiple customer segments.

Requirements

• Must reside in or be able to commute to one of the specified US office locations (Coppell, TX; Riverwoods, IL; Kennesaw, GA; Chicago, IL; or Austin, TX).
• 5+ years of software engineering experience (Python, Java, or C++).
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with LLMs or AI/NLP systems.
• 3+ years leading complex technical projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs) and vector databases.
• Full-stack development proficiency and experience with Agile/XP methodologies.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification.
• Background in regulated environments or compliance-driven industries.
• Experience with MLOps and AI governance.
• Prior experience in startup-like or innovation team environments.
